一、日本之风俗礼仪 Social etiquettes——bow Bowing in Japan The bow is firmly embedded(嵌入) in Japanese culture. You will become used to it after only a short time in Japan. The Japanese bow when they meet and part from one another (when Westerners would use a handshake), to express gratitude, to show deference to superiors, and in many other social situations. The type of bow depends on the relationship and social or professional ranking of the people involved. Exchange business card ——交换名片 The business card is used widely in Japan, especially businessman, they usually exchange business CARDS with each other at their first meeting. 在日本,名片的使用相当广泛,特别是商人,初次见面时有互相交换名片的习惯。 It is regarded as a kind of etiquette that the low status or young one pass business CARDS to the other side, first. 名片交换是以地位低或者年轻的一方先给对方,这种做法被认为是一种礼节。递交名片时,要将名片正对着对方。 Dress appearance etiquette ——服饰礼仪 Japanese extraordinary care about their dress appearance ,especially in commercial activities, state affairs or public activity and so on . On this occasion, they are generally in suit and tie . In folk activities, sometimes they wear the traditional clothes ------kimono和服 日本人在交际应酬之中对打扮十分介意,在商务交往、政务活动以及对外场合中多穿西服,在民间活动时,他们有时会穿国服——和服。穿和服时,一定要穿木屐和草鞋,并配以布袜,妇女穿和服时,还必须腰系彩带,要后加上一个小软托,并且手中打伞。根据年龄、婚姻状况以及身份地位的差别,和服的色彩、图案、款式、面料乃至穿着方法也不尽相同,需要准确区分。 Etiquette of Dining ——用餐礼仪 When you are hosting your guests dinner; cannot bring rice dish too full or pointed. In front of your guests can‘t bowl filled with a spoon, It is regarded as a disrespected action。 招待客人用膳时,不能把饭盛得过满或带尖。当着客人的面不能一勺就将碗盛满,否则被视为对客人不尊重。 During the dinner conversation ,you cant put chopsticks inserted in the bowl with rice.
