新形式下再论园林工程造价控制管理和成本核算 　　摘要：随着人们生活环境的不断完善，建筑在风景中、城市在园林中，两者融为一体，这样更需要加强园林管理。在园林建设的同时离不开园林工程造价的管理，关于造价控制的理论和成本控制已经谈论了许多年，关键是若干年来有关管理的经历多数放在了建设工程上，不论是操作规程，质量检验标准，使用新材料、新技术，以至于预算定额和工程造价等皆已形成一套基本上统一的制度和管理方法。 　　Abstract: as peoples living environment of continuous improvement, construction in the landscape, city in garden, both com., need to do more to strengthen landscape management.
