The earthquake seismic intensity of the local is 7 degrees，and the classification of this site is 2 venues. The basic snow pressure is 0.4 kN/m. Cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures were used in the floors and roofs. The first step is to carry out architectural design, including the study of architectural space and the physical form of buildings of architectural space research，Then according to the function analysis of this architectural plane ， the portfolio plane design of the building，s part use and transportation links were carried out .Further more , the body shape and to device the elevation 、Then according to the conditions of construction land, building classification and layout in the general plane were considered.
