单位代码: 10204 吉林工程技术师范学院 信息工程学院 学士学位论文 我国B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式研究 学生姓名: 唐颖颖 专 业:信息管理与信息系统 班 级:0941 学 号:08 论文起止日期：2013年3月至6月 我国B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式研究 Research On Logistics Distribution Mode of B2C Electronic Commerce Enterprise in China 学生姓名： 唐颖颖 班级： 0941 指导教师： 杨峰 职称： 副教授 专业名称： 信息管理与信息系统 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 随着电子商务的发展，物流问题逐步成为制约B2C电子商务进一步发展的瓶颈。选择适合自己的配送模式，能有效降低成本、提高客户服务水平。本文以我国B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式研究作为题目，首先，概括了电子商务与物流的概念与特点以及电子商务与物流的关系；其次，通过国内外B2C电子商务的对比，分析我国B2C的现状，找出了我国B2C电子商务存在的问题；第三，研究我国B2C物流模式，探讨了自营物流模式、第三方物流模式和自营物流与第三方物流相结合等模式，分析了目前这几种物流模式存在的问题，并总结了应用启示；第四，基于对B2C电子商务物流模式的分析，给出了适合我国企业的物流模式，并举例对我国现有B2C电子商务企业物流配送模式提出建议；最后，对全文进行了总结。 本论文通过对电子商务企业物流的现状进行分析与总结，研究其在过程中所产生的问题及解决的方法，最后使其的。使电子商务行业不为物流而困扰，在提高服务质量的同时，减少物流的成本。 Abstract With the development of e-commerce, logistics become the bottlenecks problem that restricts the further development of B2C e-commerce. The suitable distribution model can effectively reduce costs and improve customer service levels. In this paper, I will give a research to Chinas B2C e-commerce business logistics mode. First, I will make a comparison on the e-commerce and logistics concepts and features between Chinese and other countries. Second, through the comparison between the B2C e-commerce and logistics, I will analysis the e-commerce situation, and find out the problem exist. Third, study the B2C logistics model, self logistics mode and third-party logistics, analysis the problems of these types of logistics mode and summarizes the revelation. At last, based on the analysis of B2C e-commerce logistics model, I will give the suitable logistics model to Chinas enterprises. The purpose I analyze and summarize the current situation of e-commerce business logistics mode is to find the problems arising in the transport process and solute it. The best result I prefer is to transform and optimize the transport processes. Optimize transport process
