二○○二级攻读工商管理硕士（MBA）学位研究生 学位论文 TP公司广州分公司员工培训系统设计 研究生：李 萍 导师：陈维政 教授 摘 要 企业员工培训是人力资源开发的一个重要内容。所谓培训，是指公司有计划地实施有助于提高员工学习与工作相关能力的活动，这些能力包括态度、知识、技能和对工作绩效起关键作用的行为。培训的目的在于让员工掌握培训项目中强调的知识、技能和行为，并且让他们可以将其应用于日常工作中。 笔者于2004年1月至7月在TP公司广州分公司参加了员工培训系统的研究和设计工作。笔者从员工培训的相关理论出发，在员工培训系统设计中突出了员工培训与学习理论的结合；从实际出发，强调了员工培训系统的适用性以及在寿险行业的实际应用形式；同时本文较详细地介绍了TP公司广州分公司员工培训系统的设计，试图通过论文的写作，探讨企业员工培训系统设计的原则、途径和较为实用的方法。 目前，企业员工培训系统也存在着许多问题，如与企业战略发展的结合尚不足，公司需求与员工需求尚存在差距，在执行中出现重技能、轻知识的偏差等等。由于本人自身能力和水平的限制，尚未能很好地改进此项工作。我将在今后继续关注该公司员工培训系统的实施情况，以总结经验、发现不足，不断提高自己的理论水平和实践经验。 本文共分以下六个部分：第一部分，阐述了TP公司广州分公司员工培训系统研究与设计的背景与动机。第二部分,系统介绍了现代培训理论和方法。第三部分，结合相关理论，对TP公司广州分公司员工培训现状进行了研究和分析。第四部分，对TP公司广州分公司员工培训系统进行了设计。第五部分，介绍了员工培训系统在TP公司广州分公司的应用和实施。在第六部分，对TP公司广州分公司员工培训系统进行了评估与总结。 关键词：寿险业 培训 员工培训系统 设计 Staff Training System Design of TP Company GZ Branch Graduate student: Li Ping Supervisor: Professor Chen Weizheng Abstract Enterprise staff training is an important content of human resource exploitation. Training means that the company carries out some activities designedly; this is helpful to the study and work ability development of the staff. These abilities include knowledge, skill and key action to the working performance. The purpose of training is to make the staff master the knowledge; skill and action that were emphasized of the training project as well as use them during the routine work. I joined the research and design work on staff training system at TP Company GZ Branch from January to July, 2004. I stand out the combination between staff training and study theory from the related theory on staff training angle；emphasis on the applicability of staff training system and its practical application model of insurance industry practically; at the same time, this article introduces the design on staff training system of TP Company GZ Branch in detail，trying to discuss the principle, the way and more practical operable method by this article.
