Everybody . now I want to ask you some question that is : what are nursing problems of the baby, which nursing measures need to be taken? ①喂养问题 这个宝宝奶量只有13毫升，吃奶时有呼吸增快，面色发绀的现象，喂养时要缓慢分次喂养，并注意观察面色，呕吐，腹胀的情况。 ① Feeding problems the baby only 13 milliliters of milk production, milk is breathing faster, looked cyanotic phenomenon, feeding times slowly feeding, and observe the complexion, vomiting, abdominal distension.. ② 感染问题 宝宝需孕周小，体重低，需注意保护性隔离。暖箱每次擦拭消毒，尤其注意接触宝宝前后一定要洗手。 ② Infection question small babys gestational age, low weight, protective isolation, should pay attention to incubator every time wipe disinfection, especially pay attention to the contact you must wash your hands before and after the baby. ③ PICC护理， 做好导管维护，严格注意无菌操作，每个星期换一次药，班班交接PICC导管输液情况, 防止堵管，脱管。 ③Catheter PICC nursing, completes the maintenance, pay attention to the aseptic operation strictly,and change once a week. every nurser shoud pay attention to PICC catheter infusion, to prevent pipe plugging, take off the tube. ④体温问题 置暖箱内，温度维持在36.3---37.2度，湿度55--65%。 ④ Body temperature put it in incubabor, temperature maintained at 36.3 to 37.2 degrees, humidity is 55 to 65 percent. ⑤ Discover condition change in time, monitor the alarm parameters setting, when the mechine is alarming ,we should to see children in time and have change timely inform the doctor was good processing and recording at the same time。 ⑤ 及时发现病情变化 监护仪参数报警值设置适宜，报警时，及时查看患儿，病情有变化时及时告知医生处理并记录好。 大家都说的很对，对于早产儿的护理来说，主要注意6个方面的问题： 体温 ，呼吸， 黄疸，喂养，营养，感染。 对于这个病人来说现阶段主要存在的护理问题是：营养，喂养，感染，所以我们的护理措施也是围绕着这三个方面的问题来做。 everyone said is very right for preterm infant care, mainly pay attention to the six aspects of problems: body temperature, respiration, jaundice, feeding and nutrition, infection, and for the patient at this stage is the main nursing problem
