Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Install HVAC Systems for Building 1 3rd Floor as required by the contract drawings and specifications. Work includes the removal and installation of the HVAC systems located in Building 1 of the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. Work shall include but will not be limited to electrical, plumbing, masonry work, general construction, structural framing and certain finishes. All work shall be coordinated and approved by the project COTR and shall be constructed as according to all specification and drawings. B. Visits to the site by Bidders may be made only by appointment with the VA Health Care Center Contracting Officer and are strongly recommended. C. Offices of Image Group, as Architect  Engineers, will render certain technical services during construction.
