JIUJIANG UNIVERSITY 毕 业 设 计 题 目 塑料盖的模具设计 英文题目 The mould design of plastic cover 院 系 机械与材料工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及自动化 姓 名 年 级 2007(机A0731) 指导教师 二零一一 年 六 月 摘要 塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一，而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类，因此，研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。 本设计介绍了注射成型的基本原理，特别是单分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理，对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则；详细介绍了冷流道注射模具浇注系统和顶出系统的设计过程，并对模具强度要求做了说明。 采用Pro/E来实现塑料盖三维设计及相应模具成型零件设计，分析制件的成型质量和完成分型面的设计，在产品设计及模具装配过程中，辅助以必要的理论计算，将数字化设计与理论计算结合起来，大大缩短产品开发周期、模具设计周期，提高产品设计及模具设计的准确性，降低产品研发、模具设计成本。在设计过程中制定了合理的工艺方案，满足了大批量生产要求。 通过本设计，可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识，注意到设计中的某些细节问题，了解模具结构及工作原理。本模具满足生产与应用的要求。 【关键词】塑料盖；模具；分型面；设计；Pro/e Abstract Today, Plastic industry in the world is one of the fastest growing industrial categories, and injection mould is one of the rapid developing type, therefore, the study to understand plastic injection mold production process and improve product quality has great significance. This design is introduced the basic principle of injection molding, especially the single parting surface injection mould structure and working principle of plastic products, puts forward the basic design principles, Introduces in detail the cold runner injection mould gating system and ejector system design process and to mould strength requirement illustrated. With Pro/Engineer MoldFlow to implement three-dimensional design and mold volume design of the Plastic caps, and shaping quality of part was analyzed and the parting line was designed by Pro/Engineer, It would not only shorten the cycle of product research and mold design, and improve the preciseness and the product shaping quality, but also lower the cost of the research. Having made the rational craft scheme in the design process ,so it has met the requirement of producing in enormous quantities.
