目 录 概述··················································································2 技术性能··········································································2 工作条件··········································································3 秤体结构特点··································································3 仪表系统工作原理及说明··············································4 程序概况··········································································7 使用方法··········································································7 注意事项·········································································12 故障与排除·····································································12 土建工程及占地尺寸·····················································15 产品成套性·····································································16 保管、运输与保修·························································16 一、概 述 GCU—100—ZD 型双台面微处理机自动轨道衡是一种列车动态自动化称重设备。适用于需要对标准轨距四轴货车进行动态、静态称重的任何单位。特别适用与装载液体的四轴罐车动态称重。本产品具有自动化程度高、应用范围广、操作简单、性能可靠,称重准确、功能丰富等特点,长期运行稳定性好。 本产品以微型计算机系统为核心,仪表采用高速I/O接口仪表。机械台面采用薄型整体式钢结构。具有整体性强、安装简单、维修方便等特点。传感器采用抗侧向力性能优越的低外型高精度压式数字传感器,构成了结构稳固,工作可靠的秤体系统。 双台面数字动态轨道衡利用数字传感器代替了模拟传感器和电器仪表,传感器输出的是数字信号,计算机直接读取传感器的数字信号进行运算。采用数字传感器特点如下:1、精度更高;2、抗干扰能力强;3、传输距离远并且无衰减,传输距离可达到1000米;4、可判定来车方向进行方向补偿;5、故障定向准确;6、调试标定极其方便;7、更换传感器免标定;8、防遥控作弊等。 本系统设有两个称重台面,配有两个控制仪表,构成一个整体双台面整车计量的轨道衡。还可构成两个独立的称重系统,任一称量系统同微机相连均可构成一台独立的单台面轨道衡,因而使用灵活、方便。 本系统的双台面工作状态,由微机控制对液体罐车作同步式双台面整车计量,对其它四轴货车作不同步双台面称量或作双单台两次称量,因而对固体货物和液体货物均可取得很高的称量精度。 由于在本系统中引入了微处理机系统,可方便地完成全模拟逻辑判别、全模拟无开关自动化称量判别,运算及数据处理等功能,由于引入了数字滤波,自动调零,非线性修正等一系列误差处理程序,计量精度、运行稳定性和计量车速均有很大提高。同时,微机系统可完成对计量结果的一系列辅助处理,包括对应除皮、分类累计、长期存储、核算计价、制表打印等。本产品在提供微处理机的同时,还将提供一个内容丰富的程序库,可以方便地随时编制新的程序。因此,本产品不仅是一个计量设备,同时还可兼作企业管理、财务核算等工作。 技术性能 1.计量车种类:标准的四轴货车、液体灌车。 2.称量范围: 节重小于100t的标准轨距四轴车,也可按用户要求计量到节重最大150t。 3.工作方式: 双向全自动动态称量、静态称量,实行同步双台面整车称量,不同步双台面转向架称量,双单台两次称量或单台面转向架称量。 4.计量精度: 优于国家颁发的JJG234—90《动态称量轨道衡》检定规程的各项规定。 JJG234—90规程规定允差表: 静态允差 称 量m m=0(空秤) 0<m
