内 容 摘 要 在全球化和物流一体化的推动下，伴随科学技术的飞速发展，以储存为主业的传统仓储已经不再能够满足社会的需求，仓储技术逐步向系统化、自动化、无人化方向发展。因此，在许多大型制造企业中，自动化立体仓库技术越来越受欢迎。与此同时，现代配送作为一种先进的流通方式，得到了广泛的推广。仓储与配送单独运营、互相独立的局面已成为历史，他们的结合不仅是现代物流一体化的要求，也是仓储业和配送业在现代社会获得进一步生存和发展的需要。 本文通过引入自动化立体仓库和现代物流配送的相关理论知识，进而理解国内外自动化立体仓库与配送体系的总体现状。然后结合上海汽轮机有限公司的自动化立体仓库，提出影响仓库运行效益的若干配送调度问题，并探讨管理改进的策略，主要是从组织结构、业务流程、配送方法、人员素质几方面入手，采用JIT配送、合并策略、配送信息系统等方法对仓储配送管理优化改进，从而达到提高立体仓库配送绩效，降低物流成本的目的。 关键词：制造企业、自动化立体仓库、配送管理、优化研究  ABSTRACT Drive down in the globalization and integrated logistics，with the rapid development of science and technologyto save the traditional industry-based storage is no longer able to meet the needs of the community.
