南通大学 2012年5月22日 摘 要 据国家统计局统计，2011年人民币对美元全年的升值幅度将近5%。数据显示，2010年我国对欧纺织服装产品出口增速为28.95%，2011年1-9月份增速为5.38%，这说明我国部分纺织服装企业在人民币升值的背景下出现订单量萎缩，资金链将陷入困境。作为全国著名的纺织之乡、纺织服装出口基地之一的南通，同样因为受到人民币升值等多方面因素的影响，该市服装2011年出口增长一反常态，11月出口额仅增长7.6%，单月增幅首次跌破两位数，纺织服装出口陷入困境。对于纺织外贸企业面临的人民币升值、外需不足、市场低迷、用工紧张和成本上升等一系列问题，相关外贸企事业单位应积极面对、采取有效措施应对。因此，本文从介绍人民币升值的概念与南通纺织外贸企业的发展状况开始，分析和探讨人民币升值对南通纺织外贸企业的影响及带来的问题，进而根据存在的问题提出优化南通纺织企业对外贸易的策略，以促进南通纺织企业对外贸易业务的进一步发展，带动南通整体经济的增长。 关键词：人民币升值，南通，纺织，外贸企业，影响与对策 ABSTRACT According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the extent of appreciation of RMB against the dollar has risen by almost 5% for the whole year in 2011. From the data we can know, in 2010 the growth rate of our country’s textile and garments export to EU is 28.95%. From January to September in 2011 the growth rate is 5.38%. This states that part of our country’s textile and garment enterprises emerged the shrinking of the volume of orders and their capital chain will get into trouble. Nantong as the famous town of textile and one of the export bases of textile and garments, also suffered a lot for the appreciation of renminbi, as well as other factors. The city’s garments export growth in 2011 departed from its normal behavior. In November the exports increased by only 7.6%, for the first time that monthly increased amplitude dropped below double-digit and that the exports of textile and garments bogged down. For the series of problems that the textile and garment enterprises faced, such as the appreciation of RMB, the insufficient of overseas market demand, downturn of market, tension of labour and rising in the costs, the related foreign trade enterprise units should confront them actively and take effective measures.Consequently, this paper starts with the introduction the concept of the appreciation of renminbi and the development status of foreign enterprises in Nantong textile industry, then analyze the influence and the problems that the appreciation o
