伦尔欣对糖尿病大鼠肾小球血管细胞外基质表达的干预作用 ? 作者：李强翔，龚汉仁，何美英，尹书东，谢晓云，孙志香【摘要】目的 观察伦尔欣对糖尿病大鼠肾小球细胞外基质表达的干预作用。 方法 利用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法诱导建立Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠模型，将实验用SD大鼠随机分正常对照组、糖尿病组和伦尔欣 治疗 组。治疗16周，观察治疗后晚期糖基化终末产物、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、内生肌酐清除率、24h尿蛋白排泄率；免疫组织化学检测肾小球细胞外基质的表达。结果 造模组大鼠均出现肾脏功能损害；②伦尔欣能降低糖尿病大鼠的晚期糖基化终末产物、丙二醛、24h尿白蛋白排泄率和Ⅰ型胶原的表达，增加超氧化物歧化酶和内生肌酐清除率，硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白表达显著升高。结论 伦尔欣通过调节肾小球细胞外基质表达发挥对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。 【关键词】伦尔欣；糖尿病模型；细胞外基质 Intervention of Lunerxin on the expression of glomerulus extracellular　matrix in streptozotocin As can be seen, bus number of deaths and injuries that occurred was rail transit (RRT) of 1.7 times, number of motor vehicle deaths and injuries is 1.9 times.
