我国乳业有机循环模式浅析 摘 要：历经60年的发展，我国乳业正在日趋成熟和完善。随着消费需求水平升级、市场竞争加剧、产业科技创新，食品行业开始了一场有机革命，乳业与有机循环模式的结合成为大势所趋。资源紧缺是我国的一项基本国情，建立节约型现代有机循环乳业生产体系成为当前我国乳品制造业的紧迫任务。文章以山东银香伟业集团为例，分析了我国乳业有机循环经济模式的现状、问题及应对策略。 关键词：乳业；有机循环产业；有机蓝海；银香伟业 After 60 years of development, Chinas dairy industry is becoming more and more mature and perfect. With the level of consumer demand, market competition, industry innovation of science and technology, the food industry began a revolution with organic, dairy and organic circulation patterns.
