中医综合康复护理在脑卒中后尿失禁患者中的应用价值 【摘要】目的:对脑卒中后尿失禁患者实施中医综合康复护理，观察其临床应用价值。方法：随机选取2013年6月至2015年6月期间，本院接治的46例脑卒中后尿失禁患者为本次研究的对象，对全部患者的病历资料进行回顾分析，将接受常规康复护理的患者分配到对照组，将接受中医康复护理的患者分配到观察组，对照组和观察组每组各23例患者，观察并且对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及对护理人员护理工作的满意度。结果：观察组23例患者中，共计22例患者治疗有效，总治疗有效率为95.65%；对照组23例患者中，共计16例患者治疗有效，总治疗有效率为69.57%，有效率差异P0.05；观察组患者对护理人员工作的满意率为100%，对照组患者对护理人员护理工作的满意率为78.26%，满意率差异P0.05。结论：将中医综合康复护理应用在脑卒中后尿失禁患者的临床护理工作中，可以有效的帮助患者提高临床治疗效果，提高患者对护理人员护理工作的满意率，促进医患关系和谐，具有临床治疗推广使用的价值。 【关键词】中医综合康复护理；脑卒中；尿失禁；临床应用价值 【 abstract 】objective: to implement integrated of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with urinary incontinence after stroke rehabilitation nursing, observe its clinical application value.
