本科生毕业论文（设计） 蜂产品在电子商务下的关系营销 ——以老蜂农为例 姓　名 学　号 专　业 指导教师 2016年03月20日 摘 要 南海区域面积大，牵扯国家多，历史以及诸多现实原因导致该地区争端很大，南海争端问题一直是当今世界地区安全热点问题，特别是随着中国的崛起，美国重返亚太，实行“亚太再平衡”战略，使得南海地区形势更加复杂。在新的形势下，中国政府审时度势，提出“一带一路”建设，旨在加强周边乃至亚洲各个国家的合作，增强彼此的信任和默契，需求共同利益的最大化，为解决南海争端提供了新的契机和思路。本人在熟悉“一路一带”背景的情况下，首先对众多专家学者关于“一路一带”背景下解决南海问题的看法进行了总结，其次阐述了南海目前的基本情况、存在的主要问题以及“海上丝绸之路”的历史渊源，接着分析了“一路一带”建设对于解决南海争端问题的意义，最后提出了应该有效抓住“一路一带”建设机遇的方法，加强南海周边国家和地区的区域合作，防止南海问题事态的扩大化。 关键词：“一路一带”；南海争端；区域合作 Abstract South China Sea area, involved in many countries, the history and the many practical reasons lead to the regional disputes, disputes over the South China Sea has been in todays world of regional security issues, especially with the rise of China, the United States to return to Asia, the implementation of the strategy of Asia Pacific rebalancing, making the situation in the South China Sea is more complex. In the new situation, the government put forward the China, The Belt and Road construction, aimed at strengthening the surrounding Asian countries and cooperation, enhance mutual trust and understanding, to maximize the common interests demand, provide new opportunities and ideas for solving the disputes in the South China sea. I in the familiar along the way background, first of all on the solution of the South China Sea issue along the way under the background in view of many experts and scholars are summarized, followed on the South China Sea current basic situation and existing main problems and historical ties of maritime Silk Road, and then analyzes the significance of along the road construction for the settlement of the disputes over the South China Sea. Finally, it puts forward should effectively grasp the along the way the opportunity of building and strengthen regional cooperation in South China and neighboring countries and regions, to prevent the South China Sea situation of expansion.
