宜昌古佛寺概念性规划 -北京德鲁安建筑规划设计院 背景：宜昌市楚文化和巴文化的发祥地之一，拥有2000多年的历史积淀。历史上的古佛寺也是几度兴衰，目前是宜昌市区唯一的佛教丛林。古佛寺和市中心存在的问题有：1.虽然寺院处于一个优越的区位，但周边环境的脏乱差和棚户区严重影响着市中心的形象。2. 古佛寺门前的交通拥堵与之相??对的是中山路的步行街门可罗雀。3.古佛寺和儿童公园西门的消防隐患。4.古佛寺被蚕食，寺院范围缩水。5.“室外下大雨，室内下小雨”，梅雨季节，大殿随时面临坍塌。古佛寺和市中心面临的机遇：1.湖北沿江战略发展为宜昌市区旅游业发展提供转型机遇，古佛寺可成为宜昌市区的旅游项目。2.恢复古佛寺，打造宜昌城区旅游名胜。古佛寺概念性规划简介：1.清除周边违章建筑，传承历史文化，恢复古寺。2.打通儿童公园西门消防通道，消除消防隐患。3.对寺院和市中心区域建立更安全便利的慢性交通系统（如步行和自行车）和有效的机动车快行系统。4.调整为地下停车场，更便于行人疏散。建筑方案简介：1.延续古佛寺传统的寺院格局。2.利用珍珠岭东高西底的地形，创造具有佛教“禅”意景观庭院的院墙空间。3. 创新传承宜昌民居“四水规堂”。4.“凤凰橙”的建筑色彩结合楚国宫殿式大屋顶风格结合的现代绿色节能建筑。5.“内外有别”的管理模式，分开放，半开放，封闭三种管理空间进行设计。6.风、光、雨水收集、中水循环利用和地源热泵互补的低碳建筑能源供给系统。Background: Yichang city is one of the birthplaces of the Chu and Ba cultures, has over 2000 years history accumulation. Ancient Buddha Monastery rised and fall several times in history, and now it is the only Buddhist heritage in downtown of Yichang city.The issues of the ABM and the CBD: 1. the excellent location of ABM ,but it has pulling down the good image of Yichang CBD.2. Traffic congestion in front of the AMB VS the empty pedestrian street at Zhongshan Road.3. Fire Hazard of the ABM and Children’s Park. 4. The eroded and shrinking scope of the ABM. 4. “Storm outdoor while Drizzle Indoor”, in the rainy season, the main hall has been facing collapse at all times.Opportunities of the AMB and the CBD: 1.
