摘 要
陕西延长油田常规有杆泵抽油井总数达1万余口,据统计全油田平均每月有杆泵井停井达542井次,其中地面设备故障占24.1%;井下设备故障占75.9%。检泵周期最长的突破了1000天,最短的不足30天。由于系统故障导致的停井严重地制约了油井的正常生常,造成系统效率很低的影响。所以我们应对新投产或转轴的油井合理的选择抽油设备,对有杆泵抽油系统进行必要的优化设计。
有杆泵抽油系统优化设计是完成油藏工程方案制定的油田开发总体指标的重要保证,是地面建设工程方案设计的依据,在提高油田开发经济效益中起到了重要的作用。内容主要包括:流入动态预测,下泵深度、动液面深度及泵效计算,确定出油井的合理下泵深度,确定合适的冲程、冲次,选择合适的抽油泵,确定抽油杆直径及组合,选出合适的抽油机。经过了优选抽油泵、优化杆柱设计、采用新工艺新技术,可以有效解决油田开发生产过程中存在的突出矛盾,减少了系统故障,收到了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract
Yanchang Oilfield conventional sucker rod pumping wells a total of one million port, according to statistics oilfield rod pump wells to stop the wells up to 842 wells amonthly average of the ground equipment failure accounting for 24.1%; down hole equipment failure accounting for 75.9%. The longest check period break of 1000 days, the shortest less than 30 days. Stop well system failure resulting in severely restricted the normal life of the wells often, resulting in low system efficiency. So we deal with a reasonable choice of new production or shaft wells pumping equipment necessary to optimize the design of sucker rod pumping system.
The design of rod pumping systems optimization is important to ensure completion of the reservoir engineering solutions to develop oil field development in general indicators is the basis of the ground construction engineering design, has played an important role in improving the economic efficiency of oil field development. The contents include: into the dynamic forecasts, pump depth, dynamic surface depth and calculate the efficiency of the pump to determine reasonable under the pump depth of the wells, and determine the appropriate stroke, pumping, choose the right pump to determine the sucker rod diameter and composition, choose the right pumping.
