* * laryngeal mask airway LMA The LMA is an adjunctive airway that consists of a tube with a cuffed mask-like projection at distal end. 喉罩（LMA laryngeal mask airway ） 主要用于以下几种情况： 作为一般病人麻醉手术期间的通气道使用； 在气管插管困难和特殊病例中使用； 在急救复苏中作为紧急通气道使用。 喉罩的使用需要一定的麻醉深度（意识消失、下颌松弛、咳嗽反射消失），否则可能增加插入困难和诱发咳嗽反应或喉痉挛。 其缺点是对上呼吸道反流、呕吐无防止误吸作用，另外可有漏气和会厌移位所至的呼吸道梗阻。 喉罩通气后判断气道通畅的标准是： 没有额外的气流声出现； 储气囊有正常的膨缩； 胸腹无反常的呼吸运动出现。 Esophageal-Tracheal Combitube A = esophageal obturator; ventilation into trachea through side openings = B C = tracheal tube; ventilation through open end if proximal end inserted in trachea D = pharyngea
