摘要 随着海洋石油开发的不断深入，海上石油运输业和石油开采业的发展迅速，海洋溢油事故屡见不鲜，造成了严重的环境污染和经济损失。目前我国的溢油处理技术仍然非常不成熟。本文综述了溢油处理技术中物理方法、化学方法、生物方法的常见溢油处理技术方式的特定适应环境、影响因素及其优缺点，明确不同溢油处理方式的特点，总结了溢油事故处理如何将几种方法相互配合才能有良好的处理效果。并结合调研针对 溢油事故进行了分析和具体的溢油处理方案的编制。 关键词：海洋溢油；溢油原因；处理技术；案例分析 ABSTRACT Along with the development of marine oil exploitation, the rapid development of offshore oil transport and oil exploration industry, marine oil spills are common.
