我国应对国外的反倾销策略 摘要 改革开放20多年来，我国的对外贸易取得巨大发展。然而，在进出口贸易大幅度增长的同时，我国的出口产品也遭到了愈来愈严重的反倾销调查，蒙受了巨大损失。据不完全统计，国际上对我国实施的反倾销，仅在最近十年内就给我国造成近300亿美元的直接损失；涉及的失业人员达100多万人。随着中国加入世界贸易组织，中国对外贸易也进入了一个新的阶段。与此同时，中国出口商品也不断遭到外国反倾销的制裁，给中国和出口企业造成了很大的危害。为了保护国内产业，必须对中国出口商品应对反倾销进行思考，并提出合理的解决措施。本文从WTO的反倾销规则出发，主要针对欧美的反倾销国内立法，结合我国外贸企业的自身情况，就我国企业如何进行反倾销应对从各个方面逐一进行分析，同时提出了加强企业自身建设进行合理防范的方案。最后，结合实习经验和实习单位确定以我国轮胎行业应对国外反倾销策略，以天津光大耐驰国际贸易有限公司为例研究。 关键词：轮胎行业；反倾销；现状危害 The Strategy Of China Against Foreign Anti-dumping Abstract Reform and opening up more than 20 years， Chinas foreign trade has made great development. However， a substantial increase in the import and export trade， Chinas exports have also been getting more and more serious anti-dumping investigations， have suffered huge losses. According to incomplete statistics， China on the international anti-dumping， causing nearly $ 30 billion in direct losses only in the last decade to give our country； unemployed persons involved in more than 100 million people. With Chinas accession to the WTO， Chinas foreign trade has also entered a new stage. At the same time， Chinese exports have been the foreign anti-dumping sanctions， caused great harm to the Chinese and export enterprises. In order to protect the domestic industry must respond to anti-dumping on Chinese export commodities to think， and put forward reasonable solutions. From the WTO anti-dumping rules， this paper mainly for Europe and the United States anti-dumping domestic legislation， combined with Chinas foreign trade enterprises of their own circumstances， on Chinas enterprises how to carry out anti-dumping deal with various aspects of each of conducted analysis， at the same time proposed a strengthening the enterprises own construction of conduct and reasonable to prevent the program .
