Allows the user to configure a tool using the qMWDCnfg utility and sets up the downhole recorders using MemoryIO before the tool is run into the hole. ?????允许用户安装能使用qMWDCnfg的仪器并设置在仪器下钻前使用MemoryIO井下记录器. ???????? While running into the hole, allows the user to create a database for the well by entering the appropriate information for the well identification and tool run .当下钻时，允许用户针对井况和仪器运转通过输入恰当的信息创建数据库。 ????????
