摘 要 在造纸机中，同步控制和纸张力控制是造纸机控制中极为重要的一环。本文就是以西门子S7-300 PLC 和基于PROFIBUSP-DP的MM440变频器组合的控制方案在造纸过程中实现多电机同步传动，提出适于PLC 控制的、能在纸传动过程中实现高精度稳速控制及恒张力控制的控制方案。该方案建立了过程运行参数与控制目标的准确定量关系，既没有理论误差，又避免了多电机的性能差异及负载波动等对控制的影响，为实现造纸机多电机高精度同步传动提供了技术手段。 本文所研究的基于PROFIBUSP-DP变频器造纸机械控制系统采用PLC来控制变频器调速，充分发挥ROFIBUSP-DP模块的高可靠性、灵活性、通用性、扩展性等优点，通过PROFIBUSP-DP通讯进而完成PLC控制变频器调速系统的方案设计和全部的控制系统设计：PLC ; ROFIBUSP_DP变频器ABSTRACT In the paper machine, synchronous control and paper tension control in paper high precision steady speed control and constant tension control method.
