(Remainder of this page left blank intentionally) The General Services Administration (GSA) is committed to providing meaningful access for individuals with disabilities and individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) to GSA’s programs and activities. As one of the primary guardians of the public trust for the government’s management of federal buildings, technology solutions, supplies and governmentwide policy, GSA is in a unique position to promote and facilitate a culture of inclusiveness. Federal laws require that federally conducted programs and activities provide meaningful access to individuals with disabilities. Executive Order 13166 requires all Federal agencies to take reasonable steps to provide meaningful access to their programs and activities for individuals with LEP. Additionally, Executive Order 13160 prohibits discrimination in federally conducted training and education programs on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, and status as a parent.
