Spee曲线深度与牙颌面形态之间关系的研究 目的：此研究的目的是探讨Spee曲线深度与牙齿以及颌面形态之间的关系，以期为错颌畸形临床诊断以及矫治计划的制定提供参考。 方法：对106例15～21岁患者的头颅侧位片及牙齿模型进行测量分析。其中包括36名男性和70名女性。按照Spee曲线深度的不同分为三组，组一：Spee曲线深度≤2mm。组二：Spee曲线深度＞2mm，但≤3mm。组三：Spee曲线深度＞3mm。利用统计软件分析组间差异以及Spee曲线深度与其他变量之间的相关性。 结果：三组间覆牙合牙合Relationship between the curve of Spee and dentofacial morphology. AbstractObjective：To investigate the relationship between the curve of Spee an dentofacial morphology.Methods: 106 cephalometric radiographs and dental casts of patients between the age of 15 and 21 years were selected. 36 boys and 70 girls. The all subjects were divided into three groups on the basis of the depth of the curve. group1：the depth of the curve of Spee was ≤2mm. group2：the depth of curve of Spee was ＞2mm but ≤3mm. group3：the depth of curve of Spee was ＞3mm. Differences among the curve of Spee groups and correlation coefficients between the depth of curve of Spee and other variables were calculated. Results: overjet, overbite, inclination of the lower incisors and lower secondmolars, anterior lower facial height, the ratio between the anterior lower facial height and anterior facial height demonstrated significant differences among the groups. The deeper the curve of Spee, the deeper the overbite, bigger overjet, smaller anterior lower facial height, and more upright of the lowerincisors, more forward and lower of the lower second molars, and smaller the ratio between the anterior lower facial height and anterior facial height. Conclusion：The depth of the curve of spee are highly correlated to the location and inclination of the teeth and craniofacial morphology. 2, The depth of the curve of spee and dentofacial morphology are correlative. 3, Orthodontists should pay attention to this relationship during diagnosis and treatment planning.
