浅谈0～12个月孤残儿童抚触的护理体会 　　摘要：目的 探讨抚触对0～12个月孤残儿童生长发育的影响。方法 80例孤残儿童随机分为两组，抚触组采用抚触护理，对照组采用一般的沐浴，干预前和干预后1个月、2个月、3个月后对两组的体重、身长、头围、胸围统计分析。结果 两组1个月、2个月、3个月后的体重、身长、头围、胸围统计分析较干预前高（P0.05）抚触组1个月、2个月、3个月后的体重、身长、头围、胸围统计分析均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 0～12个月孤残儿童的抚触对生长发育有着积极的影响，值得推广。 　　关键词：孤残儿童；抚触；生长发育 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the touch on a scale of 0～12 months gu incomplete childrens growth and development. Methods 80 cases of gu incomplete children were randomly divided into two groups， touch group adopts touch care， bath of the control group with general， intervention before and after intervention in 1 month， 2 months， 3 months for two groups of body weight， body length， head circumference， chest circumference， statistical analysis. Results Two groups of 1 month， 2 months， 3 months after the body weight， body length， head circumference， chest circumference statistical analysis high （P 0.05）， compared with before touch group 1 month， 2 months， 3 months after the body weight， body length， head circumference， chest circumference， statistical analysis were higher than control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion 0～12 months the touch of gu incomplete children have a positive impact on growth and development， is worth promoting.. 　　Key words：Disabled children； Massage； Growth and development 　　孤残儿童抚触，通过护士对0～12个月孤残儿童肌肤施以轻轻抚触，通过皮肤感觉器官的温和刺激，有益于孤残儿童的健康发育[1]。温柔得体的抚触，会产生有益的刺激，增强大脑调控和整合作用的协调性，使其兴奋和抑制过程更加自然和谐，功能更趋完善，有助于促进的生长发育[2]提高婴儿的应激能力，已有较多资料显示抚触有助于新生儿的生长发育[3-4]。经过科学指导进行有手法、有次序的按摩，让大量的良好刺激以及通过皮肤感受器传到中枢神经，进而产生相应的生理效应[5]。在抚触的过程中，通过护士的抚触，还能让孤残婴幼儿得到母亲的关怀，增加护士与婴儿的感情，弥补亲情的缺失。本文对60例0～12个月的孤残儿童进行抚触，体会如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 选取2014年5月～8月的0～12个月在我儿童福利院的孤残儿童，随机分为干预组和对照组各40例，其中抚触组男孩21例，女孩19例，平均年龄（6.2±1.3）个月；对照组男孩17例，女孩23例，平均年龄（7.1±1.3）个月。两组孤残儿童的性别、年龄等一般资料经统计学分析无显著性差异（P0.05），具有可比性。 　　1.2方法 　　1.2.1对照组孤残儿童每天均给予沐浴，对孤残儿童的身体进行清洁。 　　1.2.2抚触组孤残儿童的常规护理外，给予抚触前的准备 房间：确保房间内温暖、宁静，室内温度保持在26℃左右，床：选择适合比较容易伸展的床，可将洗澡用的大浴巾垫在床上，让婴儿躺在上面时，肌肤感觉很舒适，按摩油：儿童的皮肤细嫩，按摩油要谨慎选择不刺激皮肤、不会造成毛细孔堵塞、较清淡易吸收的润肤油， 抚摸前先将油倒在手掌心，千万不要直接倒在儿童皮肤上， 并将手
