Yibin University 2014届本科毕业论文 题 目 宜宾欣联物流运输成本分析与控制研究 系 别 经济与管理学院 专 业 物流管理 学生姓名 张 维 学 号 100804014 年级 2010 级 11班 指导教师 付蓉 职称 讲师 2013 年 11 月  摘 要 论文是在对宜宾欣联物流有限公司物流活动进行深入调研的基础上，综合运用物流成本管理等理论与方法，以宜宾欣联物流企业运输成本的构成、现状存在的问题以及控制的途径和方法等的角度对其进行分析并加以总结，目的是希望对欣联物流运输成本的合理和有效控制提供有用的帮助和建议。 本论文文分五个章节，第一章绪论部分介绍了论文研究背景、意义与目的、成本控制、物流与运输相关理论；第二章主要为理论综述，主要介绍了运输成本管理特性、影响因素、核算方法等相关理论；第三章和第四章在第二章理论综述的基础上，结合宜宾欣联物流公司发展现状，探讨了本公司在物流成本控制方面存在的问题并提出了一些建设性的意见，以达到控制运输成本的目的；最后为结论，对研究结果进行了讨论，总结了研究成果和不足之处，并提出了今后的研究前景。 本论文遵循成本最低原则，采用实证分析与理论分析、定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法，对宜宾欣联物流公司物流运输成本现状进行分析并提出控制运输成本过高的解决方案。 关键字：物流运输成本 现状分析 成本控制 Abstract This article is based on Yibin xinlian logistics Limited logistics activities of a comprehensive research, the integrated use of modern logistics management, cost management theory and methods, united logistics enterprises to Yibin hin composition of transportation cost, the present situation existing problems and the ways and methods of control and summarized to analyze it, the purpose is through the league to hin the rationality and validity of the logistics cost control to provide useful help and advice.
