2014 届 毕 业 论 文 基于钻石模型的浙江民营中小型出口企业的 国际竞争力分析 学 院： 国际商学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： 国贸1010班 学 号： 0515101018 学生姓名： 严洋洋 指导教师： 孟万化 日 期： 2014.4.15 基于钻石模型的浙江民营中小型出口企业的国际竞争力分析 摘 要 本文通过对资料的分析，基于钻石模型理论来阐述浙江省民营中小型出口企业在浙江的发展，波特钻石模型中提及了六个要素，这六个要素分别是 “生产要素”、“需求条件”、“相关和支持性产业”、“企业战略、结构与竞争对手”、“机会”以及 “政府”，本文用以上的要素作为研究线索，通过对浙江省民营中小型出口企业现状的分析，深入研究了浙江民营中小型出口企业缺乏国际竞争力的影响因素。最后，根据浙江的实际情况，提出与怎样提高浙江民营中小型出口企业国际竞争力相似的对策，有利于建设国际化浙江民营中小型出口企业。 关键词 浙江；中小型出口企业；国际竞争力；钻石模型ANALYSIS ON THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF ZHEJIANG扴 PRIVATE SAMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED EXPORT ENTERPRISES BASDE ON THE DIAMOND MODEL ABSTRACT 状In this paper, through the analysis of the data, based on the diamond model theory to explain the Zhejiang province private small and medium-sized export enterprises in the development of Zhejiang, the Potter diamond model referred to in the six elements, the six elements are factors of production, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, business strategy, structure and competitors, opportunity and government, this paper use the above factors as the clue, through analyzing the status of private small and medium-sized export enterprises in Zhejiang Province, in-depth study of the Zhejiang private small and medium-sized export enterprises lack of factors influencing international competitiveness. Finally, according to the actual situation of Zhejiang, puts forward the countermeasures and how to improve the international competitiveness of Zhejiang private small and medium-sized export enterprises alike, is conducive to the construction of the internationalization of Zhejiang private small and medium-sized export enterprises.
