随着科学技术的迅猛发展，电脑和网络成为了人们生活的左右手。加上现代社会的高压力和高节奏的生活，人们开始追求在事务处理上的更高效率，物业管理方面亦是如此。由于小区物业需要管理的事务颇多且信息更新较快，仅通过书面处理已经不是最佳选择，使用小区物业应用服务系统的优势此时被无限放大。通过使用小区物业管理系统，方便了管理者对小区各方面信息的管理。突破信息冗杂和沟通不便上的限制，享受Internet的发展给人类带来的便捷，实现智能化的管理。本文主要论述了基于JSP开发技术的小区物业管理系统设计与实现的过程。本系统是以My Eclipse10 作为前台开发工具，SQL Server2005做后台数据库开发而成的小区物业管理系统。本系统根据客户的需求，分为住户信息管理模块、管理员信息管理模块、停车车位信息管理模块、投诉信息管理模块、缴费信息管理模块、报修信息管理模块、外来车辆信息管理模块七大主要功能模块。论文中会详细介绍各模块子系统的实现方法。【关键字】小区物业 信息管理 JSP技术 My Eclipse SQL Server AbstractWith the development of information technology, the application of network is becoming more and more extensive in peoples lives.
