摘要　　这里介绍的停电报警器不需要备用电池，当220V交流电网停电时，它就会发出长约5min急促的“嘟-嘟-”报警声。它是根据光电耦合器4N25的性能，来改变具有振荡器功能与非门CD4011的工作状态,当起振时陶瓷片B就会发出报警声音。它可用于装有自动打铃装置学校的传达室中，知道停电后，可采用人工打铃保证学校作息时间不受影响。　关键字：无源报警器、光电耦 Abstract: Presented here does not require battery backup power failure alarm, when the 220V AC power outage, it will send about 5min hasty toot - toot - alarm sound.
