血液病性贫血患者红细胞参数的分布规律及其相互关系 　　[摘要]目的 研究血液病性贫血患者红细胞参数分布规律及其相互关系。 方法 选取我院收治的120例血液病性贫血患者，均空腹抽取静脉外周血液，采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测患者血清内红细胞参数水平，包括HBG（血红蛋白）、MCV（平均红细胞体积）、RBC（红细胞）、NRBC（有核红细胞）、RDW（红细胞体积分布宽度）水平，研究不同类型血液病性贫血患者MCV、RDW、NRBC比例的分布规律及相互关系。 结果 NHL（非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤）患者与MM（多发性骨髓瘤）患者血清MCV值处于正常范围内，而CML（慢性髓系白血病）、AL（急性白血病）患者MCV正常值，以MA患者MCV参数增高明显，且与RDW水平同时提升，IDA水平则降低。而HS（遗传性球形细胞贫血）、α地贫（地中海贫血）患者MCV值均低于正常值，但所有患者外周血清NRBC均值明显提升，与MCV、RDW参数有明显相关性。 结论 血液病性贫血患者红细胞参数与NRBC、RET比例变化的同步性较强，而其外周NRBC比例的提升与其基本的严重程度及贫血程度相关性较强。 　　[关键词]红细胞参数；血液病；贫血；规律；关系 　　[中图分类号] R556 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-171-03 　　The distribution law of red blood cell parameters and their relationship in blood disease patients with anemia 　　WANG Xin LIU Zelin LU Bo JIN Mengdi CUI Haiyan WANG Danyu 　　Department of Hematology， the Sixth Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province， Nanshan District Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City， Shenzhen 518052， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the distribution law of red blood cell parameters and the relationship in blood disease patients with anemia. Methods 120 cases of blood disease patients with anemia treated in our hospital were selected. Peripheral blood was sampled from the patients on an empty stomach. The automatic blood cell analyzer was used to test red cell parameter levels in patients， including HBG（hemoglobin）， MCV （mean corpuscular volume）， RBC（red blood cells）， NRBC （nucleated red blood cells）， RDW（ red blood cell volume distribution width） and RET（reticulocytes） level. The distribution law of MCV， RET， RDW， NRBC of different types of blood disease patients with anemia and the ratio of mutual relation were studied. Results The values of CML（chronic myeloid leukemia） and AL （acute leukemia） remained above the normal value. The MCV parameters in patients with MA increased significantly， and improve at the same time with RDW level， but IDA level decreased. The MCV values in patients with HS（geneticspherocytic anemia） and alpha thalassemia were lower than th
