Condition at S.No.2(a) of PWD-6 regarding availability of site has been provided which Executive Engineer should confirm. Press Notification given at 3 is to be filled up by Executive Engineer before issue of NIT. Date and Time and other details are to be filled by Executive Engineer in PWD-6 and press Tender Notice. Services plans such as water supply, sewerage, storm water drains etc. are to be got approved from MCD/ DJB by the Executive Engineer Before taking of the work. Executive Engineer should ensure that the A/A and E/S is available for the project or the permission to take up the work in anticipation of A/A and E/S has been given by competent Authority before call the tender.
