A COMPETENCY MODEL FOR THE EDUCATION TRAINING DEVELOPMENT FIELD Abstract: Many people, when asked, will state that they know the skills and knowledge that is needed by a person working in the field of education, training and development. But each of those many people will produce quite different lists.
