The services consist of international and domestic services. The improvement of technologies and products were also introduced. Some suggestions and lessons from the Nuclear Accident were discussed in this report. Introduction On 11 March 2011, one of the most powerful earthquakes in history struck the northeastern coast of Japan and caused multiple secondary disasters. Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant was hit and suffered major damage, leading to nuclear radioactive leaks into the atmosphere and sea. On received the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) request at 17:52 (Beijing local Time, following the same) on 11 March, RSMC Beijing immediately started the nuclear emergency response system for the first time. At 18:30 , the first nuclear emergency response analysis report was produced and sent to IAEA. At 23:20 , the first decision-making suggestion on the environmental impact of the nuclear accident was provided to the State Council of China Government and timely issued the information that the Japan nuclear power plant accident would have no impact on China’s environment in three days (from
