安徽建筑大学毕业设计(论文)专业 建筑环境与设备工程专 业班级 XX 建环 x 班学生姓名 XXX学号 XXXXXXXXXX课题 XXX 市 XXX 楼暖通系统设计指导教师 XXX、XXXX2015 年6月12日中文摘要本设计以武汉某综合楼通风空调工程为背景，在设计中充分考虑经济、节能、 环保等实际因素，本次设计主要以夏季建筑物的通风、空调及制冷机房的工程设 计为主。主要的工作内容包括方案确定、负荷计算、管路系统的水力计算、设备 选型、施工图纸绘制、整个工程说明等工作。某综合楼由商务办公、会议、商场、餐厅等功能组成的综合楼，地上 9 层（单 层建筑面积为 1260 ㎡），地下一层，一层高 4.2m，二~八层高 3.6m，九层高 3.3m， 地下一层高-3.6m，总的暖通设计建筑面积为 11340m2，房间选用风机盘管加新 风的集中空气调节系统。系统调节简单方便，也避免了能源的浪费。上送上回的 送风方式，建立了卫生、舒适、健康的气流组织。本设计通过详尽的分析和合理 的系统布局，使之达到理想的使用标准，降低了初投资和运行费用，减少了对环 境的污染。设计施工图简要、明了，同时符合设计施工规范要求，能够指导材料 的采购，设备的安装和工程施工，为建筑室内环境的舒适、健康提供了保证。本 设计采用水冷式螺杆机组制冷。机房设计结构简单，运行平稳，自动控制程度高。关键词： 空调；通风；制冷；新风；经济性AbstractThe design of Wuhan, a complex building ventilation and air conditioning engineering background in the design fully consider the actual economic factors, energy saving, environmental protection, this summer is designed to be the engineering design of the building ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration room of the main.
