摘 要 球罐作为大容量、有压贮存容器，在各工业部门中作为液化石油气、液化天然气、液氧、液氮、液氢、液氨、及其他中间介质的贮存；也作为压缩空气、压缩气体的贮存。在原子能工业中球罐还作为安全壳使用。本课题是2000m3低温球罐设计，通过查阅相关书籍，对该球罐的结构、强度进行详细的计算，从附件、可能引起的突发因素等多角度考虑，以GB12337-2011《钢制球形储罐》，GB150-2011《钢制压力容器》，GB50094-2011《球形储罐施工及验收规范》作为设计、制造、检验和验收的规范标准对该球罐进行了设计，最终完成了本课题设计。 关键词：设计、计算、球罐 Abstract Spherical tank used as a large capacity, pressure container, in the industrial sector as liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid ammonia, and other medium storage; also as compressed air, compressed gas storage.
