唐山市产业结构升级与经济增长关系的实证研究 　　An empirical study of Tangshan City and upgrading 　　of the industrial structure and economic growth relationship 　　作者简介：付爱玉（1989.05），女，汉，籍贯：河北省唐山市丰南区稻地镇，学历：硕士，研究方向: 产业经济学。 　　摘要：唐山市长期以来一直以钢铁煤炭等重工业为主的经济结构已经严重阻碍了经济增长的速度和质量。本文利用向量自回归模型对唐山市产业结构升级与经济增长之间的动态互动关系进行实证分析，在此基础上，提出唐山市产业结构升级的相关对策。 　　关键词：产业结构升级；经济增长；向量自回归模型 　　Abstract: the structure of Tangshan City has long been to steel and coal industry based economy has seriously hindered the speed and quality of economic growth. This paper studies the current situation of Tangshan Citys industrial structure, auto regression model on the dynamic interactions between the upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth in Tangshan City an empirical analysis based on the vector, and on this basis, puts forward the related countermeasure of the industrial structure upgrade in Tangshan City. 　　Keywords: the upgrading of the industrial structure; economic growth; vector auto regression model一、 引言 　　唐山市是依托丰富的煤炭和铁矿石资源而兴建起来的典型的资源型城市。虽然在过去的几十年来，唐山得以凭借其先天的优势获得了快速的经济增长，但是随着市场经济改革的进行，唐山市单一的产业结构导致了资源衰退、环境污染严重等一系列问题，严重阻碍了经济的可持续增长。 　　2013年唐山市三次产业的比重为 9.2：58.7：32.1，与国内其他经济发达地区相比，唐山市的第一产业比重过重，而且以重工业为主，黑色金属冶炼、采矿业、煤炭开采等高耗能产业占比较高，占全市工业产值的比重超过70%；第三产业总产值较低，发展明显滞后，内部结构不合理，传统服务业比重较大，因此，推动产业结构的优化升级成为唐山市经济发展的首要任务。本文根据唐山市目前产业结构的现状，采用向量自回归模型探索唐山市产业结构优化升级的方向，科学合理地促进唐山市产业结构优化升级，提高产业结构竞争力，在改变唐山市产业结构现状的基础上促进唐山经济又好又快地发展。 　　二、 数据的选取 　　（1）产业结构升级指标 　　The upgrading of the industrial structure is the process of upgrading the industrial structure, the industrial structure coefficient W, measure the process of high-level industrial structure.
