An Empirical Studies on Relations Between Social Capital of farmers and Entrepreneurial Decision in 　　Abstract. at first, the paper attempts to study whether there is inevitable connection and this connection is remarkable between the social capital and entrepreneurial decision. And then, this paper conducts empirical research and chooses farmers in Wenzhou as the research object. The results show that social capital has a positive effect on promoting the farmer entrepreneurial orientation. Among them, the structural social capital and cognitive social capital have significant influence on entrepreneurial decision, but the relational social capital has no significant influence on entrepreneurial decision. Finally, the paper proposes that much attention should be paid to the role of the social capital of farmers in the policies encouraging farmers to entrepreneurship. 　　Key words: social capital; entrepreneurial decision; farmers In active entrepreneurship area 　　1 Introduction 　　As the State Council promulgated “the opinions on promoting the stable development of agriculture and farmers continued to increase income” in 2009, the policy that encourages and helps the farmer to build a business is increasingly clear. So the research about farmer entrepreneurship has become one of the hot topics that academic research and government are concerned.
