Introduction 　　Bijie Prefecture in Guizhou is representative in the economic and social development， and is a typical poor alpine karst mountain. Since the pilot area to 24 years between 2011， the regions economic and social development has made remarkable achievements in Bijie， Guizhou’s development as the theme of economic and social development has provided valuable experience.
