The Research of Development of Science and Technology Incubators in China 　　Abstract. The science and technology incubators which work as a booster of initial rapid development of science and technology has played a more significant role in the developed countries. The construction of an innovative country has become the national strategy of Chinas economic transformation, and more and more local governments have begun to pay attention to and strengthen the construction of the science and technology incubators, and regard it as an important way of strengthening creative ability of science and technology, optimizing the economic structures and changing the mode of economic growth. But the current China science and technology business incubator has many deficiencies which restrict its development and running effect so we still need to improve and optimize it on the basis of experiences in foreign countries to contribute to China’s strategic transformation of the mode of economic growth as soon as possible. 　　Key words: Science and technology incubators; China; Development; Science and technology innovation 　　1. Introduction 　　Science and technology business incubator is a service organization which cultivates and fosters high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises, and it provides physical space and infrastructure and a series of services to improve the rate of success entrepreneurship, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and help and support small and mid-sized enterprise growth and development. Science and technology business incubator is of great social and economic significance for promoting the development new and high technology industries, making the national and regional innovation systems, promoting economic prosperity.
