我国服装企业存货管理研究 摘要Research on the inventory management?of clothing?enterprises in China ABSTRACT The stock is an asset of enterprises, to meet the needs of enterprise production and management, so enterprises will generally manage inventory. With the development of economy, Chinas garment enterprises inventory backlog or shortage of inventory management problems begin to come out. Research on the inventory management of this paper, is based on Chinas garment enterprises as an example. In the introduction part,introduces the research background of the inventory management, some problems mentioned briefly some clothing inventory management. The Department has introduced the concept ofinventory, inventory management, inventory management mode, and then describe the current situation and problems of inventory management of garment enterprises in our country, and analyze the causes of the problem. This paper finally puts forward several solutions to the problems of the inventory management of clothing enterprises measures. This article through the research on inventory management of clothing enterprises, and strive to solve the inventory management problem for garment enterprises, garment enterprise inventory management can run effectively.
