VB 6在卷烟包装机PLC测控系统中的应用 The Application of VB6 to the PLC Measuring System in Cigarette Packer XXX，XXX （XXXXX厂 四川省XXXXXXXXXXXXXX） 摘要：为解决原昆明第三机械厂以两台YB43翻盖式硬盒包装机与一套ZB45辅机构成的机组中辅机电控上位机老化、功能单一、维护困难等缺陷，对上位机系统进行了改进。选用了更加先进的工控平板电脑、WINCE等软件，以功能更强大的Visual Basic6.0开发了上位机实时监控程序，实时监控下位机通过各传感器测量到的设备生产状态及故障信息。结果显示：在以ＰＬＣ为核心的烟机设备自动化控制中，作为人机通信的重要环节，有着强大的图形和浮点运算功能的工控计算机与VB6完美结合，能实现生产过程中的各种需求，可根据系统和企业环境的需要对界面和过程进行自主设计，具有很强的灵活性、实时性、易维护性。 Abstract: Changes were made to the upper computer in order to overcome the ageing, single function and maintenance difficulties of auxiliary electric upper computer in the machine set combined with YB43 hard box packer and ZB45 auxiliary machine manufactured by the third Kunming Machinery Factory. Advanced industrial control computer and WINCE software were utilized, meanwhile, Visual Basic 6.0 was chosen to develop the upper computer system as well as supervise the machine running status and fault information measured by the lower computer through various sensors. It concluded that during the automatic controlling of cigarette machines focused on PLC, which was also the key session in man-machine communication, industrial control computer with its enormous images and powerful floating point arithmetic can combine with VB6, thus fulfilling various needs during production.
