模具制造工艺论文题 目 浅谈模具工业及技术的现状与发展趋势院 系 机电及自动化学院专 业 材料成型及控制工程 级 别 2012级__________学 号 1011112058 ____姓 名 曹永强 ________指导老师 __赵紫玉___________ 2013 年6月 浅谈模具工业及技术的现状与发展趋势摘要：模具是现代化工业生产的主要工艺装备之一。无论是工业制品的生产，还是新产品的开发，都离不开模具。现代工业的发展和技术水平的提高，很大程度上取决于模具行业的发展水平。许多新技术和新设备的产生与应用往往源于模具工业，模具制造技术代表了一个国家的工业制造技术的发展水平。模具是国民经济的基础工业，是技术转化成果的基础。在现代生产中，模具已成为大批量生产各种工业产品和日用生活品的重要工艺装备。应用模具的目的在于保证产品的质量，提高生产率，并且降低生产成本。所以模具工业已成为世界上不可忽视的产业，而模具工业的发展将与我们的生活、工作息息相关。模具工业的发展关键是模具技术的发展。由此这篇文章将浅显的分析当今国内外模具工业的发展现状，并且较为初步的介绍了我国模具技术的现状。浅谈了模具技术发展的九大趋势。关键词：模具 模具技术 现状 发展趋势Abstract: Mold is one of the main process equipment in modern industrial production. It can not be separated from the mold either the production of industrial products or the development of new products. The development of modern industry and the improvement of the technology level largely depend on the development level of the mold industry. Many new technologies and new equipments are produced and applied to the mold industry, the mold manufacturing technology represents the development level of a countrys industrial manufacturing technology . Mold is not only the basic industry of national economy, but also the basis of technological transformation. Mold has become a very important equipment of batch production of both industry products and commodity in modern times. The purpose of using mold is aimed at ensuring the quality, boosting productivity, and lowering the cost. So the mold industry has become a non-neglectable industry, and the development of mold industry is closely related to our lives. The key factor in mold industry is the development of mold technology. Therefore this article is scheduled to analyses the condition of the mold development at home and abroad. I also make some preliminary introduction of the condition of china and the characteristics of modern mold industry. Give the brief view to illustrate the nine trends of mold technology.
