胆脂瘤型中耳炎的螺旋CT应用 【摘要】 目的：分析胆脂瘤型中耳炎的螺旋CT表现，探讨螺旋CT在临床的应用价值。方法：经手术病理证实胆脂瘤型中耳炎48例，回顾性分析其螺旋CT表现，并与手术结果对照分析。结果：胆脂瘤型中耳炎的螺旋CT表现为鼓室、鼓窦及乳突区软组织肿块，常伴有骨质破坏，其中包括听小骨、盾板、面神经管、半规管、乙状窦及鼓室盖骨质破坏。结论：螺旋CT对胆脂瘤型中耳炎的准确诊断具有很高的价值，对指导临床治疗有重要意义。 【关键词】 中耳炎 胆脂瘤 螺旋CT 　　Spiral CT Application of Cholesteatomtous Tympanitis 　　ZHA Guangsheng 　　Wuyuan People’s Hospital, Wuyuan, Jiangxi 333200,China Abstract： Objective To analyse the appearance of cholesteatomtous tympanitis on Spiral CT and clinical application.
