盐城工业职业技术学院 2014届毕业设计（论文） 题目 色纺天竹/天丝/棉混纺花式纱线工艺设计与上机 专业 现代纺织技术 学号 姓名 指导老师 交稿日期 2013年12月 摘要 随着人民生活水平的日益提高，对纺织品也提出了新的要求，对产品要求新、奇、特的观点日益增加，而花式纱线的开发正好满足了人们的这种需求。花式纱线以纱线结构和色彩的改变来提出纱线的外观效应，不仅可避免织物表面产生条斑疵点的现象，而且还可增加外观立体感和休闲自然之美。通过近十几年来各种新纤维原料的应用，新设备和新工艺的开发，使花式纱线的发展突飞猛进，花式纱线的开发与应用以及非常普及。本课题主要阐述了花式纱线纱工艺设计与产品开发现状。论文第一部分对花式纱线的开发现状及国内外花式纱线发展现状及趋势；第二部分对花式纱线原料的选择及纤维性能研究；第三部分对纤维进行染色工艺设计与实施，将染好的散纤维进行性能测试和分析；第四部分对纺纱各道流程的工艺进行设计与计算，并将设计的工艺上机调试生产；第五部分对花式纱线圈圈纱工艺设计进行了研究；最后一部分对生产过程中出现的问题进行研究解决。 关键词：纤维性能；花式纱线；工艺设计；色纺圈圈纱； 作 者： 袁 雷 指导老师：陈贵翠 Abstract improvement of peoples living standards, and puts forward new requirements for textile, increasing new product requirements, strange,views, and the development of fancy yarn is to meet the needs of the people.
