南京信息职业技术学院 毕业设计论文 作者 许佳炎 学号 21223P35 系部 机电学院 专业 电子组装技术及设备 题目 模板设计与制造对焊膏印刷质量的影响 指导教师 朱桂兵 吕堃 评阅教师 完成时间： 2015 年 5 月 6 日 毕业设计(论文)中文摘要 (题目)：模板设计与制造对焊膏印刷质量的影响 摘要：随着现代科学技术的不断发展，电子表面组装技术也越来越复杂，对SMT的要求也越来越高。尤其是细间距的元件和高密度的装配出现，使得SMT贴装受到了严峻的考验。统计表明，有50％以上的装配缺陷是由于焊膏印刷造成的。焊膏作为SMT工艺流程中的第一道工序，也是SMT质量的基础。而模板的设计与制造对整个焊膏印刷中也起到了很关键的作用，为了减少桥连、立碑、虚焊、少锡等缺陷出现，就必须掌握好模板设计与制造技术，提高SMT产品质量。通过分析焊膏印刷的工艺流程，并通过亲自工厂生产实践，总结出的经验是通常在焊膏选择、模板质量、印刷工艺等因素对模板印刷质量的影响有密切相关。 关键词：焊膏 模板 印刷工艺 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要 Title : Influence of design and manufacture of template on the quality of solder paste printing Abstract: With the continuous development of modern science and technology, electronic surface mounting technology is becoming more and more complex; the SMT requirements are also getting higher and higher. Especially the fine pitch components and assembly of high density, the SMT mount suffered a severe test. Statistics show that, there are more than 50% is due to assembly defects caused by the solder paste printing, in order to reduce the bridge, erected, weld defects such as tin, less, you must have good solder paste printing technology, improving the quality of SMT products.
