学号： 1215124058 浅析中国文化产业发展现状及对策 学院名称： 商学院 专业名称： 经济学 年级班别： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2016年03月 浅析中国文化产业发展现状及对策 摘 要 在全球化的背景下，文化产业在经济发展中的作用日益显著，各国对文化产业的发展也越来越重视，文化产业不仅能够促进经济的发展，也能够满足人类精神上的需求。我国目前文化产业的发展还存在很多不足，无论科技水平、资金实力还是市场运作能力、市场竞争能力与国外的文化产业均存在着一定的差距，鉴于此，本论文将对我国文化产业发展的现状进行初步探讨，通过分析目前我国文化产业发展取得的成绩及存在的问题，对我国文化产业今后的发展在产业政策、科学技术、人才培养等方面提出可行的建议。 关键词 文化产业；；；’s Culture Industry and Countermeasures Abstract In the context of globalization, the role of cultural industry in economic development is increasingly significant,the development of cultural industry is becoming more and more significant for many countries, and it also can meet the needs of the human spirit.Now,China’s cultural industries still have many shortcomings in development,regardless of the level of science and technology,financial strength and market operation ability,market competition ability ,they all have a gap compared with abroad,in view of this,I will make a preliminary discussion for the present situation of the cultural industry development in our country,through analysis the current achievements and defects of our country culture industry,I will throw out some suggestions for our cultural industry in industrial policy,science and technology,and talent training. Keywords cultural industries；current situation；policies toward the cultural industry；development research 前 言 随着社会的不断发展与进步,人类社会生活已不仅仅只是围绕着吃穿住行,更多人开始重视精神生活的追求,文化产业已成为各国软实力竞争中决定胜负的关键,不少学者普遍认为21世纪的文化产业将成为全球经济一体化的新生力量,只有真正的文化强国才能屹立于世界之林。伴随着社会生产力的进一步解放和市场经济体制的逐步完善，以及快速发展的高新科技和不断进步的现代生产方式，文化产业日益融入大众日常生活中并逐渐成为一种新兴产业。作为一种新型的文化发展形态和文化现象，文化产业在世界上引起人们普遍关注，而对其研究也已经有半个多世纪的历史，在世界文化发展的浪潮中，文化产业的内涵日渐丰富，越来越多的专家学者对其产生关注，形成了一系列有关文化产业的研究著作及理论。我国在文化产业的理论研究上也取得了很多优秀成果，这为我国文化产业的长足发展与进步提供了重要的理论价值，为我国文化产业的实践指出了可行的发展道路。但是相对于国外的文化产业研究而言，我国的文化产业研究起步晚，很多理论还很不成熟，在优秀的研究理论及著作方面还尚有缺失，但是中国五千年的历史文化积淀，以及文化产业的蓬勃发展，必然预示着我国文化产业在未来的研究道路上潜力巨大。加之对
