科技型中小企业融资问题研究 摘 要 科技型中小企业是近年来我国经济活动中出现的最引人注目、最具发展前景的企业类型，有力地带动了我国经济的高速发展，成为我国国民经济新的增长点。这类企业虽然兼具“科技型”与“中小企业”这两种特质的优势，但也不可避免的拥有了两者的缺陷。很多科技型中小企业由于缺乏连续充足的现金流，难以在发展的过程中实现技术创新的产业化、市场化而面临倒闭。 本文在介绍了科技型中小企业的定义、界定标准和特点的基础上通过比较传统企业与科技型中小企业融资模式的不同，归纳出科技型中小企业融资模式的三大特点。并着重对周期性和政府导向性这两大特点进行深入研究与探索。通过企业生命周期各阶段特点的研究与比较找出适合各阶段的融资模式。利用案例生动的剖析政府政策对科技型中小企业成长的影响，倡导企业关注并积极互动，进而早日走出资金短缺的阴霾。最后，从外部和企业内部两个方面提出改善融资难问题的对策与建议，力求为我国科技型中小企业解决资金问题建言献策。 关键词：ABSTRACT Scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises is our country in recent years in the economic activities ?of the most striking, type of the most promising enterprise.Effectively led the rapid development of economy in our country, to become the new growth point of national economy in our country. Though such companies as science and technology and small and medium enterprise the advantage of the two qualities, But it also inevitably has the defects of the two. A lot of small and mid-sized enterprise because of the lack of continuous adequate cash flow, to realize the technology innovation in the process of the development of industrialization, marketization and facing bankruptcy. This paper introduces the definition of the Scientific and technological small and mid-sized enterprise,define the standard and characteristics through the comparison on the basis of the traditional enterprises and small and mid-sized enterprise financing pattern, identified three major characteristics of small and mid-sized enterprise financing mode. And emphatically to cyclical and the government guidance these two features in-depth study and exploration. Through the enterprise in different stages of the development life cycle every stage of the study and find out more suitable for the characteristics of financing model. Using the vivid the case analyze government policies for small and mid-sized enterprise growth, advocating enterprise attention and positive interaction ,then as soon as possible out of the haze of shortage of funds.
