钢板开卷矫直剪切生产线控制系统设计 摘要 本文旨在从工厂的生产实际出发，以钢板开卷、矫直、剪切系统（以下简称KJJ系统）为例，将其电气的继电接触器系统改造成为可编程序控制系统，用OMRON公司的 C40P-CDR-A型可编程序控制器来实现。本系统针对原系统还普遍存在的操作和维护不方便、可靠性低、控制精度低、没有“防跑板”保护措施等主要技术问题进行开发设计，并综合利用了传感技术、控制技术以及计算机技术测量剪切宽度和位移，确保了系统的安全稳定运行，提高了系统的准确性和效益。充分利用可编程序控制器的特性，体现了可编程序控制系统的优越性。 本文共分为五章，其中第二章主要介绍PLC的结构特点及应用设计，以及PLC的发展历程。第三章主要介绍本文设计的内容，所需各种元器件的结构和工作原理。第四章详细说明了系统的硬件及软件设计。第五章主要分析系统的维护与检修工作。 通过这次详细而认真地设计，为可编程控制系统在工业控制中的应用提供了理论和实践的依据，有一定的实用价值。 关键词　可编程序控制器；梯形图；继电器 The system design of open align shear armor-plated product line control Abstract This paper aim at set out actually from production of factory , open , align , shear the system ( abbreviated with rolls of stencil plate as KJJ system ) for the example , Continue a electric one its electric contactor system transform into and can program the control system , Than can with OMRON C40P-CDR-A type of Company the controller come and realize .The system mainly aim at old system technology problem about general operate inconvenience, low reliability and accuracy ,no “”protection to design. And make full use of the character of PLC incarnate the superior. This text is divided into four chapter’s altogether, among them two is introduces the structure and characteristic of PLC mainly, and With the development course of its PLC .Chapter three is introduce the content that this text is designed, necessary structure of different components and parts and operation principle mainly .
