The?study?shows that great priority of expert teachers over novice teachers whether from teaching contents ,classroom control or specific teaching methods. Expert teachers are usually full of professional knowledge and can make a introspection and summary after the class in order to improve their teaching ability.While novice teachers have some professional quality,they are lack of experience in students teaching,classroom controlling and teaching planning.
