金融危机下的企业财务风险及其防范控制 摘 要 受美国金融危机的影响，我国的企业面临着巨大的财务风险。如果疏于防范控制则很容易使企业慢慢地陷入财务危机的困境，最终导致企业破产。面对企业存在的财务风险，重点应当是确保企业现金流的畅通，保证企业资金的安全运行以及筹资和投资的管理，使企业充分认识到财务风险的重要性和紧迫性。本文就金融危机背景下企业存在的财务风险做出说明并简要分析。在此基础之上，说明如何有效的控制和防范企业的财务风险，进而在财务管理理论的指导下对财务风险防范方面有新的思考。 关键词：金融危机；财务风险；防范；控制 Financial crisis of enterprise financial risk and its prevention and control Abstract Affected by the U.S. financial crisis, Chinas enterprises are facing a huge financial risk. If the guard control is very easy to enable enterprises to slowly fall into the plight of the financial crisis, eventually leading to the bankruptcy of the enterprise. The face of the existence of the business of financial risks, the focus should be to ensure the smooth flow of corporate cash flow, to ensure safe operation and financing of the enterprise funds and investment management companies to fully recognize the importance and urgency of the financial risk.
